Shipping Rates and Policies
Spring Dahlia Sale -- SPRING SHIPPING ONLY
Shipping is $15 FLAT RATE no matter the number of tubers you purchase.
Free combined shipping for multiple orders from the same household will be provided. Email me your order numbers and I'll combine them and refund you the extra shipping.
Orders will ship via USPS or UPS by the end of April. Shipping will not take place until concern for freezing temperatures has passed. We do not ship with heat packs. If you live in a southern climate, I will try to ship your tubers earlier in April -- please add a comment at checkout.
Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival and email us within 48 hours if there are any issues. Photos and/or videos may be required. I do NOT ship tubers without a visible eye, but I recognize that shipping mishaps happen.
I am a hobby grower and work another job. As such:
- I will do the best I can to respond to you on a timely basis.
- I grow limited quantities of my varieties. I may not be able to send a replacement, but will refund you if the tubers arrive damaged.
- I cannot be held responsible for storage issues between arrival and planting, nor can I guarantee that a tuber will grow in your conditions.
- I purchase my tubers from reputable sources and cull anything that is questionable for virus. That being said, one cannot guarantee a healthy plant these days, though I try my best.
- I am conservative in my estimates for inventory. If I experience an unexpected loss of inventory after your purchase, I will refund you the cost of the tuber (and shipping if no other tubers are in the order).
